Coastal Commercial Properties is a privately owned real estate investment and development company located in Encinitas in North County Coastal San Diego. We focus primarily on the development and entitlement of infill locations in Southern California. We create value by turning underutilized and nonfunctional land into desirable residential communities.

We specialize in projects, both new construction and adaptive reuse that add value to emerging neighborhoods and capitalize on innovative regulatory tools.
